As my resume demonstrates, I have training and experience in a variety of hardware and software applications. In addition I have practical experience ordering network equipment from vendors and computer replacement parts from the manufacturer.

I had been engaged in upgrading, and expanding, the network at the Family Partnership Center in Poughkeepsie. I also provided deskside support for the various partners within the center. I had re-built / re-furbished old PCs for the Families in Technology program to give away to eligible families once their PC literacy training was complete.

I enjoy helping others, and established a good rapport with the people of the various not-for-profit agencies. During my tenure at HRPC, I had worked for both the MIS dept. and the Staff Development and training dept. During my tenure at SDT, I helped to up-date the video tape library data base, up-date online training courses for the HRPC intranet, created various flyers, and made copies.

In addition to the Widows PC platform, I have some experience with Apple Macintosh OS 9.x and OS X, and Linux/UNIX.

Obviously, I have some experience with creating web pages as well. . I am familiar with web page creation applications such as, Adobe PhotoShop (PC and Mac), Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Front Page 2002, and Flash.
